How can I place an order for Flavor Garden products?
To place an order go to the Products tab and select the product you would like to purchase.

Can I join a mailing list?
Visit the Contact Us page and complete the information.
How are orders shipped?
We ship all packages ordered on our website via courier, USPS or UPS. We guarantee delivery only to verified address we are given. UPS will not deliver packages to P.O. boxes. Your package should arrive in 2-5 business days.
How can I return items?
Any items that you consider unsatisfactory will be replaced or refunded upon request, if you inform us to the details of the problem with 3 days of having received your order.
What payments do you accept?
We accept most credit and debit cards. We also accept PayPal payments. We do not store any credit card information.
How do I register for a class?
To register for a group class, click on Classes and select the class you want to take.
Can I hold a private class? Yes. To book private classes click on Classes tab. Select the class and desired date. Fill in all the required information and book it. You will receive a conformation of the time and date of your class. The classes have a maximum size of 10 people.
Will there be more classes added?
Yes. Check back periodically to see what new classes have been added.
Can I get Food Service certified?
Yes. You can register to get recertified or certified to be a Professional Food Manager. The certification program is by Prometric. The certification is fully ANSI/CFP compliant, meets all requirements outlined in the CFP’s Standards for Accreditation and is accepted in all 50 states. Once you successfully complete the course you will take the exam and the exam will be sent to Prometric for grading. If you receive a passing score your certificate will be mailed to you.
